What we collect
When you submit our contact form we collect the details you provide — your name, email address, suburb (if given) and the message about your project. We don’t ask for sensitive information, and we don’t require you to create an account.
How we use it
We use your details solely to respond to your enquiry and discuss your potential project. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we won’t send you marketing you didn’t ask for.
Who processes it
Enquiries are delivered to us by our email provider (Atlas) and this site is hosted by Vercel. These providers process the data only to deliver the service. We use Vercel Analytics — a cookieless page-view counter that doesn’t identify you — to understand which pages are visited.
Advertising & conversion tracking
When we run online ads, we use conversion tracking to see which ads lead to enquiries — Google Ads (the Google tag / gtag.js) and the Meta (Facebook) pixel. These set cookies from Google and Meta and share limited conversion data with them; the data is used only to measure ad performance, not to build a profile of you. You can opt out through Google’s Ads Settings, Meta’s ad preferences, or your browser’s cookie controls.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence only as long as needed to respond and, where relevant, to carry out work you engage us for. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
